Our exciting June 22-26 sessions are also open for registration: the HH Jazz Clinic for aspiring young musicians and the HH Jazz Guitar Institute for guitarists to dive into the world of jazz & improvisation.

The process:
Registering for the one of our summer camp programs is an easy process. Read about all of our camp offerings and see which one may be the best fit for your student. Simply click the corresponding link for the camp you’d like to be a part of and the registration form will guide you through the registration process. You may pay in full or with a 25% deposit, with the remainder due closer to the start of the camp program and we will send more detailed information to parents and students as we approach May and June. This information will contain everything you need to know for the schedule, audition process, etc. For all students interested in applying for a financial aid or merit-based scholarship for the Hilton Head Jazz Camp, click THIS link to send in your application. If you are awarded a scholarship, you will receive a scholarship voucher code to apply to the registration. Hilton Head Jazz Camp – $599 – (July 6-11), recommended for ages 14-18 – Spend a week this summer July 6-11 with the most unbelievable faculty finding your passion for music at jazz camp. Whether you play a traditional jazz instrument in a big band, want to sing your heart out, or join our amazing jazz strings program, jazz camp is a life changing experience. With a faculty to student ratio of 4:1, extensive studies in jazz theory, big bands, combos, electives, masterclasses and so much more including 3 culminating performances, this both fun and intensive week will push you to be an incredibly versatile musician.
With overnight lodging for out-of-town students at the nearby USCB campus, financial and merit-based scholarships from the Junior Jazz Foundation and a faculty / staff made up of both award-winning jazz educators and professional musicians, you will find the Hilton Head Jazz Camp to be a place for every musician ages 14-18 to grow. Supervised overnight lodging is also available on a limited basis for students (14+) from outside of the region for an additional cost of $550 on the campus of USCB, 15 minutes from the location of the camp. Hilton Head Jazz Clinic – $299 – (June 22-26), recommended for ages 10-14 – Spend 5 days this summer learning how to take your playing to the next level by attending the Hilton Head Jazz Clinic. Working with our instructors, you will take the first steps in becoming an incredibly versatile musician by learning how to listen, improvise and feel confident on stage to take a solo. With daily instruction in small ensembles, sectionals, jazz theory and much more (including a music factory tour of nearby Savannah, GA), you will make new friends & make great music! Hilton Head Jazz Guitar Institute – $299 – (June 22-26), recommended for ages 14-18 – Spend 5 days this summer learning how to take your guitar playing to the next level by attending the Hilton Head Jazz Guitar Institute. Working with a professional jazz guitar instructor, you will take the first steps in becoming an incredibly versatile guitarist learning how to listen, improvise, play in an ensemble and feel confident on stage to take a solo. Designed for students with 2+ years of guitar experience in any style, the Hilton Head Jazz Guitar Institute will expand your horizons learning how to play jazz guitar and prepare you for the Hilton Head Jazz Camp taking place July 6-11, 2026 (if you choose to do both camps).
