For 2026, our highly acclaimed jazz guitarist and jazz camp alumni Spencer Alexander will take leadership of the 10th annual Hilton Head Jazz Guitar Institute, also taking place from June 22-26 daily from 1-4pm. This program founded by jazz camp instructor Jackson Evans and Dr. Tim Fischer is recommended for guitarists with two or more years of experience, designed for high school students who have intermediate to advanced guitar skills, but want to really dig into jazz and improvisation. This course is highly recommended for any guitarists who are planning on being a part of the Hilton Head Jazz Camp.
This year as part of the jazz guitar institute tuition, we will be including a special full day music trip on Wednesday, June 24th to beautiful neighboring Savannah, Georgia. It’s going to be an awesome five days for our aspiring jazz guitarists. The week culminates with a free finale performance on June 26th at 4pm in the HHCA Performing Arts Center.
We had an amazing 2026 HH Jazz Camp! Save the date for July 12-17, 2027 for our 16th annual HH Jazz Camp. All information will be posted here for next year as it becomes available.
