At the Hilton Head Jazz Camp, we offer limited overnight lodging to our out-of-town students on the beautiful campus of USCB, only 15 minutes from the location of the camp. We have negotiated an incredible package for our students including a full seven day and six nights of accommodations, with breakfast, lunch, camp tuition, transportation and daytime activities included. Students will need to bring spending money for dinner and evening activities. Past evening activities have included trips to Savannah, going to a movie, playing mini-golf, swimming at the beach, attending community concerts and much more! Transportation to camp and activities is provided in fully-insured vehicles driven by our resident director and staff.
Save the dates – June 22-26 for the Hilton Head Jazz Clinic & Guitar Institute, July 6-11 for the 15th Annual Hilton Head Jazz Camp & July 8-12 for the College Jazz Institute! – Registration will open for all programs in early 2026!
Overnight lodging is available to out-of-town students from ages 14-18 and will be supervised by our resident director and resident staff who will also be staying in campus housing. Apartment suites (by single gender) include four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The lodging and camp package includes a well-stocked kitchen for breakfast, lunch at camp, full camp tuition, all daytime events & daily transportation. Check-in is Sunday, July 5th (night prior to the camp) and check-out is the morning of Saturday, July 11th. Students will need to bring linens, towels & separate spending money for dinner and optional evening activities. Parents can pick up their students following the finale performance. Only Age 14-18 and space is limited.
All students participating in overnight lodging must agree to the HHJC code of conduct, the latest health and safety protocols and will receive a housing questionnaire in their registration to indicate their preferred choice of other students in their suite. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. USCB campus security and our professional resident staff will provide a wonderful and safe environment for our overnight students at the Hilton Head Jazz Camp.
